What we do
Random Acts of Kindness is devoted to forming a community at the University of Rhode Island not only by spreading kindness as a group, but also by working with other organizations on campus to complete joint projects. These are some of the activities we have participated in on campus:
RAK Week began in 2012, and we hope to continue each year to make this a tradition for the URI community. Each day of this week consists of an act of kindness, thought of and carried out by our members. If you have any ideas or are interested in being on the RAK week committee, contact us!

Pennies on the Quad
Pennies on the quad was an activity that the URI RAK members planned and participated in. Members went out to the quad and wrote encouraging messages on the sidewalk using pennies.
